The Vola email service uses all the main state-of-the-art technologies for mass sending of email campaigns, to ensure that messages are delivered to recipients and are not blocked by spam filters. The Vola team is constantly at work monitoring all sends, implementing the necessary procedures to avoid the problems that typically prevent delivery of emails and providing you with a high delivery rate service.

BLACKLIST MONITORING

The blacklists most used internationally are checked and monitored to ensure that the IP numbers of the Vola Platform have not been inserted in them. If one of our IP numbers is found in one of these blacklists, emails are sorted and sent from other IP addresses throughout the period necessary for the management and removal (delisting) of the blacklisted IP numbers.

AUTHENTICATION OF EMAILS

The most popular email authorization and authentication systems are used. Our domains are authorized by the SPF (Sender Policy Framework) protocol and all emails we send are signed with the DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail) protocol.

RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE PROVIDERS

Relationships with the leading Italian and international providers help us to avoid accidental blacklist entries, to monitor the delivery rates and to automate the handling of unsubscriptions (List-Unsubscribe) thanks also to taking immediate action on spam detections.

SPECIFIC SEND OPTIMIZATIONS FOR EACH PROVIDER

Each email provider uses its own methods to defend against spam, so to optimize the send speed and delivery rates, custom send policies are used that are different for each receiving server (e.g. some providers do not tolerate very high send speeds, others are sensitive to the number of simultaneous connections, etc.)

CUSTOMIZING EMAIL MESSAGES

All emails sent from the Vola platform are different (customized) and sent separately from each other. Each user is indicated as the recipient (To:) of the email that they receive, including First and Last Names (if such were present in the recipients’ import file). This helps ensure that the message is not classified as spam and that the reader will not identify it as such.

AUTO-CLEANING OF RECIPIENTS

The Vola platform automatically manages bounces (delivery errors), accurately recognizing a large number of error messages, disabling and filtering problematic addresses in a smart manner so as not to persevere with sends that could hamper the proper delivery of emails. In addition, so as not to diminish the reputation of the sender, the platform filters out incorrect email addresses automatically before each send.
